ISTANBUL (AA) - North Korea fired an unidentified ballistic missile toward the East Sea early Thursday, according to South Korea's military.
Seoul's Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement that an analysis is underway, without providing further details, Yonhap News reported.
Pyongyang last launched at least two suspected ballistic missiles in late June.
Seoul said that one of the missiles fell within North Korean territory.
