ISTANBUL (AA) – Pakistan dispatched its ninth shipment of humanitarian aid to Palestine, the Prime Minister’s Office announced Friday.
The aid, totaling around 300 tons, comprises medicines, hygiene kits, and food packs, and is destined for Aqba Port in Jordan for further distribution to Gaza.
This shipment follows eight previous consignments sent by Islamabad, including winterized tents, blankets, surgical supplies, medicines, female dignity kits, and food packs.
Israel has killed nearly 37,800 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and injured over 85,100 since Oct. 7, according to local health authorities.
Over eight months into the Israeli war, vast tracts of Gaza lay in ruins amid a crippling blockade of food, clean water and medicine.
