ANKARA (AA) – Russian tennis player Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova on Thursday qualified for the 2021 French Open women's singles final.
World no. 31 Pavlyuchenkova beat Slovenian opponent Tamara Zidansek 2-0 with the sets of 7-5, 6-3 in the semifinals held in Paris.
Pavlyuchenkova, 29, reached her first Grand Slam final, where she will face Greek Maria Sakkari or Barbora Krejcikova from Czech Republic.
