ISTANBUL (AA) - PwC said Wednesday it signed a deal with American artificial intelligence (AI) company OpenAI to become its first reseller for ChatGPT Enterprise and the largest user of the product.
PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited, one of the Big Four accounting firms, said generative AI is already reshaping work environments and daily lives, while the company has strategically invested in this area for years.
The deal, which includes the firms' employees and clients in the US and the UK, will expand the firm's technology ecosystem, bring generative AI deeper into its enterprise, and enable it to scale AI capabilities across businesses to help drive accelerated impact for clients, it said in a statement.
"By embracing ChatGPT Enterprise across our workforce, we will bring our first-hand experience of our AI transformation to clients, complementing our audit, tax and consulting services with a broad array of business and industry solutions," it added.
The company said it has already identified over 3,000 internal generative AI use cases.
PwC announced in April 2023 plans to invest $1 billion over the next three years to expand and scale its AI offerings, help clients' businesses through generative AI.
