MOSCOW (AA) - The Russian armed forces carried out 25 group strikes with high-precision weapons, including hypersonic Kinzhal Dagger missiles and drones, on various targets in Ukraine over the past week, Moscow said on Friday.
Military airfields, air defense systems, ammunition depots, drones' storages, points of dislocation of manpower were among the targets, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The group of forces Tsentr (Center) claimed control over the settlements of Arkhanhelske and Netailove in the Donetsk region, while the Zapad (West) group took over Berestove and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv region.
"In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 607 aircraft, 274 helicopters, 24,902 unmanned aerial vehicles, 524 anti-aircraft missile systems, 16,208 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,325 multiple rocket launchers, 9,972 field artillery and mortars, as well as 22,135 vehicles have been destroyed," it said.
Ukraine is yet to comment on Russia's claims.
