ANKARA (AA) - Serbia eliminated France 3-1 Wednesday in the 2021 CEV EuroVolley quarterfinals and will face Turkey in the semifinals.
One of the host nations of the tournament, Serbia claimed victory over its opponents at Belgrade's Stark Arena with sets of 22-25, 25-18, 25-7, 25-20.
Tijana Boskovic of Serbia was on fire to lead her team with 27 points in a dominant scoring performance.
She racked up 22 winning spikes, four kill blocks and an ace.
France's Amelie Rotar tallied 15 points to be her team's highest scorer.
Following the match, all the semifinalists in the 2021 EuroVolley were revealed.
Turkey will face hosts Serbia on Friday at the Stark Arena.
On the same day, the Netherlands will play against Italy for a final ticket.
In addition to the semis, all games including Saturday's gold medal match will be held at the Stark Arena.
