ANKARA (AA) - Slovak Prime Minister Igor Matovic tested positive for COVID-19, he announced on social media Friday.

"I'm one of you today," he wrote on Facebook, also warning the public to "be careful".

Slovak media outlets, including the Slovak Spectator, reported that Matovic met two coalition leaders Thursday night.

Last week, he also attended the EU leaders summit in Brussels.

French President Emmanuel Macron, among the leaders who attended the summit, also announced Thursday that he tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
