BELGRADE, Serbia (AA) - Slovakia's President Zuzana Caputova tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday, her spokesman confirmed.
Martin Strizinec said in a statement that President Caputova's COVİD-19 test was positive, and therefore her scheduled meetings were postponed.
Caputova, along with Polish President Andrzej Duda, was slated to visit Italy and Portugal on Thursday to build support for quick accession path for Ukraine to the EU.
Last week, Slovakia announced it will deliver eight self-propelled Zuzana 2 howitzers to Ukraine.
