KAYSERI, Türkiye (AA) - A 74-year-old Spanish tourist who was stranded in Türkiye’s central province Kayseri has been rescued by a military helicopter.
According to the information received, the Spanish tourist, whose name has not been disclosed, set up a camp in the Yedigoller area in Aladaglar region.
The tourist was injured after falling about 5 meters (16 feet) from the cliff at the campsite while exploring the area and then requested help from the 112 Emergency Call Center.
A military helicopter, which was dispatched from the southern province of Adana, rescued the tourist and took him to Adana City Hospital.
