ANKARA (AA) - Dutch powerhouse Ajax on Friday signed a five-year deal with Steven Bergwijn from Tottenham Hotspur.
Ajax reached an agreement with the English side on the fixed transfer fee of €31.25 million ($31.70 million), the club confirmed in a statement.
The 24-year-old winger made his senior debut with PSV Eindhoven in August 2014 when he was 17.
He scored 31 goals and made 41 assists in 149 matches during his six-year spell with the Dutch club.
Bergwijn moved to Tottenham Hotspur at the end of January 2020, registering eight goals in 83 matches.
He has netted six goals in 22 international caps for the Netherlands.
