ANKARA (AA) - Phoenix Suns defeated Los Angeles Lakers 108-90 in NBA's Tuesday game.
Devin Booker, who had just returned from injury, pushed Suns to victory with 24 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists, while Deandre Ayton contributed with 19 points and 11 rebounds at Staples Center, LA.
The effort of Lakers' LeBron James with 34 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists could not save his team from their third consecutive defeat in the league.
Another setback for Lakers in the last two games was the absence of head coach Frank Vogel and guard Avery Bradley due to health and safety protocols, and Anthony Davis due to injury.
After getting their 4th straight league victory, Phoenix Suns sit atop the Western Conference standings with 25 wins and 5 loses, while Los Angeles Lakers are placed 7th with 16 wins and 16 loses.
