ANKARA (AA) – Tottenham Hotspur beat Nottingham Forrest 2-0 in an English Premier League game on Sunday.
Harry Kane opened the score early as he netted the first goal for the Spurs in the fifth minute at City Ground in Nottingham.
Kane scored another goal in the 81st minute and equaled 187 goals of Manchester United's Andy Cole to become third in all-time scorers of English Premier League history.
Newcastle Legend Alan Shearer tops the list with 260 goals while the runner-up is Wayne Rooney of Manchester United with 208 goals.
Arsenal top the Premier League standings with 12 points, while Manchester City are placed second with 10 points, and Tottenham sit third with same points and goal difference.
Nottingham Forrest stand at the 14th spot with four points.
