ANKARA (AA) - A book of spectacular bird’s-eye view shots of Turkey will be available in three languages -- Turkish, Arabic, and English -- at the International Istanbul Arabic Book Fair this Saturday.
Turkey from Sky (Gokyuzunden Turkiye), spotlighting photos taken by Anadolu Agency photojournalists using drones, has been attracting great interest at the fair, which wraps up this coming Sunday.
In addition to the Turkish original, updated Arabic and English editions will be available this weekend at the fair.
Shots by experienced photojournalists from Black Sea plateaus to Anatolia’s cultural heritage can be found in the book, to the delight of photo enthusiasts worldwide.
Anadolu Agency, Turkey’s leading news source, gathered photos from all around the country in this volume, taking full advantage of the possibilities and techniques provided by new photographic technology.
The book also features historic Seljuk and Ottoman remains, including mosques, caravanserais, palaces, bridges, and madrasas.
Anadolu Agency is the global communications partner of the event held at the Eurasia Show and Art Center in Istanbul.
The fair is one of the largest events approved by the International Arabic Publishers Association held outside any Arab country.
