ISTANBUL (AA) - The malware attacks in Turkey in 2020 increased by 81% to 1.6 million, versus 2019, a US-based cybersecurity firm said on Monday.
In 2020, on average three malware attacks per minute and 4,675 per day happened, according to a press release issued by WatchGuard.
The most preferred attack types were 'Trojan Horse' and 'Exploit', the firm said.
The press release also read that network security attacks were up by 416% in 2020 to 200,647, year-on-year.
