ANKARA (AA) - A Turkish aid agency has started medical training programs in Chad and Djibouti, it said Tuesday.
The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) said it will share its experience with emergency medicine personnel in 12 Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member countries.
According to a statement, the program will be realized in cooperation with the Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Center for Islamic Countries (SESRIC) and Turkish and Sudanese Health Ministries.
In Chad and Djibouti, Turkish and Sudanese instructors have provided training to 60 emergency department personnel.
