ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) saw its net income increase year-on-year by around 12.3% in 2019, according to its financial results report released Friday.
EXIST said its net income reached approximately 52.76 million Turkish liras last year, from 46.99 million liras in 2018, according to Turkish tax procedure law (VUK) calculations.
Net sales jumped by 37.8% to 87.98 billion liras for the full year of 2019, from 63.83 billion liras in 2018.
EXIST's total assets, including market transactions, were 3.45 billion liras in 2018, and this grew by 32.1% to reach 4.57 billion liras by the end of 2019.
In 2018, the company's equities stood at 168.58 million liras and climbed by 25.4% to 211.38 million liras in 2019.
