ANKARA (AA) - Turkish foreign minister discussed bilateral economic and trade relations in Brunei, according to diplomatic sources on Wednesday.
The sources who spoke on condition of anonymity said Mevlut Cavusoglu met with Brunei's Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Dato Erywan Yusof.
Cavusoglu also met with Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah.
"Following a very positive visit to #Japan, we are in #Brunei, the second stop of our Asia tour," Cavusoglu tweeted Tuesday.
During the minister's meetings, economic and trade relations, increasing investments and making reciprocal high level visits were discussed, the sources added.
Cavusoglu's next stop in his trip will be to Laos on Wednesday.
