ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye’s foreign minister on Monday met in the capital Ankara with the head of al-Hashd al-Shaabi or Popular Mobilization Forces, an Iraqi group.
“Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan met with Falih Alfayyadh, Chairperson of al-Hashd al-Shaabi, in Ankara,” said the Turkish Foreign Ministry on X.
Photos of the meeting were shared in the post, but no further information on their talks was provided.
