ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish gymnast Adem Asil bagged the gold medal at the 51st World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
"Representing #Türkiye at the #ARTWorlds2022, Adem Asil won gold in the Still Rings final, scoring 14,933 points after a spectacular routine," the Turkish Olympic Committee tweeted.
The 23-year-old Asil collected 14,933 points the Still Rings men's final in Liverpool, the United Kingdom.
China's Jingyuan Zou came second, while Courtney Tulloch from the United Kingdom finished in the third spot.
