ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday received Romania’s Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu with an official ceremony at the presidential complex in the capital Ankara.
Ciolacu is on Romania’s first prime ministerial visit to Türkiye in six years.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, National Defense Minister Yasar Guler, Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, and other officials were also present at the ceremony.
After bilateral and inter-delegation meetings, the first high-level cooperation meeting between the two countries will be held.
Following the signing ceremony of agreements, the two leaders are expected to hold a joint news conference.
