ANKARA (AA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday received the head of Mongolia’s parliament Gombojav Zandanshatar in the capital Ankara.
The closed-door meeting at the presidential complex was also attended by Turkish Parliament Speaker Mustafa Sentop.
Zandanshatar presented Erdogan with a copy of the very first inscription that reads “Turk", belonging to Ilterish Qaghan, the founder of the Second Turkic Khaganate.
The presidency has not shared further information about the meeting.
