ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish women's goalball team beat hosts Japan 8-5 to advance to Tokyo Paralympics final on Thursday.
Playing at Makuhari Messe Event Hall, Turkey finished the first half with a 4-3 lead against the Japanese team as the goals came from Sevda Altunoluk.
The Turkish team continued their dominance in the second half while Altunoluk's other four goals brought the victory to Turkey.
Turkey will face the winner of the Brazil-USA game.
