A high-level Turkish delegation headed by Türkiye’s Deputy Trade Minister Mustafa Tuzcu visited Huawei's Research and Development Center in Beijing and discussed collaborations on digital and green transformation.
The visit, part of a broader China tour led by Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek, focused on examining Huawei's advancements in areas such as fintech artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and environmental innovation, according to a statement on Tuesday.
The delegation included Burak Daglioglu, head of the Investment Office of the Presidency of Türkiye, along with representatives from the Treasury and Finance Ministry, Foreign Ministry, Culture and Tourism Ministry, and Justice Ministry.
The delegation was hosted by Jeff Wang, Huawei's senior vice president.
Detailed presentations on Huawei's projects in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and green technology were given during the visit.
Discussions centered on potential collaborations to support Türkiye’s goals in digital transformation and green technology.
This high-level interaction underscores Türkiye’s commitment to leveraging advanced technologies and exploring strategic partnerships as it progresses in its own digital and green transformation journey.
