Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended Wednesday at 9,072.08 points, hiking 0.87% from the previous close.
Rebounding to over 9,000 points during the midweek trading, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 gained 78.08 points from Tuesday's close of 8,994.00.
The total market value of BIST 100 was around 7.7 trillion liras ($251.9 billion) by market close, with a daily trading volume of 132 billion liras ($4.3 billion).
The price of an ounce of gold was $2,005.95 while Brent crude oil sold for around $82.37 per barrel as of 7.35 p.m. local time (1635GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was at 30.7585, the euro/lira exchange rate stood at 33.0009, while the British pound traded at 38.6114 liras.
