Türkiye's benchmark stock index ended Tuesday at 10,173.42 points, a rise of 1.17% from the previous close.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 gained 117.44 points from Monday's record closing high of 10,276.88 points.
The total market value of the BIST 100 was around 8.7 trillion liras ($271.1 billion) by market close, with a daily trading volume of 104 billion liras ($3.22 billion).
The price of an ounce of gold was $2,357.35 while Brent crude oil sold for around $82.58 per barrel as of 6.42 p.m. local time (1542GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was at 32.2686, the euro/lira exchange rate was at 34.9094, and the British pound traded at 40.6156 liras.
