Türkiye's benchmark stock index rose by 1.62% to close Thursday at an all-time high of 10,208.65 points.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 gained 162.91 points from Tuesday's close of 10,045,74 points.
On Wednesday, the stock exchange was closed for transactions due to May 1 Labor Day.
The total market value of BIST 100 was around 8.7 trillion liras ($270.7 billion) by market close, with a daily trading volume of 64 billion liras ($1.96 billion).
The lowest value of the index for the day was 10,097.39, while its daily high was at 10,208.79.
The price of an ounce of gold was $2,314.05, while Brent crude oil sold for around $83.41 per barrel as of 6.21 p.m. local time (1521GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 32.3825, the euro/lira exchange rate stood at 34.7148, and the British pound traded at 40.4537 liras.
