Türkiye's benchmark stock index closed Thursday at 10,798.09 points, a rise of 1.50% from the previous close.
Ending its third day of losing streak, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 surged 159.51 points with a daily trading volume of 92.6 billion Turkish liras ($2.80 billion).
The price of an ounce of gold was $2,491.20, while Brent crude oil sold for around $80.33 per barrel as of 6.15 p.m. local time (1515GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 33.0756, the euro/lira exchange rate 35.6901, and the British pound traded at 42.2649 liras.
