MOSCOW (AA) - The Centre for Islamic Studies (ISAM) of the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with the Moscow Islamic Institute.
The agreement between ISAM and the Moscow Islamic Institute was signed on Tuesday during a ceremony on the sidelines of the 19th International Muslim Forum held in the Russian capital, which was attended by ISAM President Murteza Bedir.
According to the agreement, issues regarding the online publication of the Concise Encyclopedia of Islam, which is translated into Russian by ISAM, and its printing in Russia were agreed on.
The Concise Encyclopedia of Islam is an eight-volume encyclopedic work originally published in 2019, which contains information on Islam’s basic principles and rules.
It also contains information on fundamental figures, works and institutions in Islamic history, as well as basic elements of Islamic culture and civilization.
