ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye's exports totaled $20.77 billion in February, while imports amounted to $28.93 billion, the Trade Ministry data showed on Tuesday.
Exports dropped by 1.5% year-on-year in February, while imports posted an increase of 3.8%, according to official figures.
The foreign trade deficit was at $8.15 billion in February, with an export-import coverage ratio of 71.8%.
During the January-February period, the country's exports rose by 2.1% to $41.94 billion, and imports increased by 6.6% to $57.63 billion.
The country's foreign trade balance saw a deficit of $15.69 billion in the two-month period, and the export-import coverage ratio was at 72.8%.
The 12-month rolling exports totaled $262.16 billion, up 1.5% on a yearly basis, and imports amounted to $347.6 billion, down 1.2%.
