Türkiye's benchmark stock index closed Thursday at 9,521.04 points, a rise of 1.08% from the previous close.
Ending its seven-session losing streak, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 surged 101.38 points with a daily trading volume of 88 billion Turkish liras ($2.60 billion).
The price of an ounce of gold was $2,581.95, while Brent crude oil sold for around $72.78 per barrel as of 6.27 p.m. local time (1527GMT).
The US dollar/Turkish lira exchange rate was 33.9113, the euro/lira exchange rate 37.4204, and the British pound traded at 44.3435 liras.
