ANKARA (AA) – The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 match between Manchester City and Borussia Monchengladbach will be played in Hungary on March 16.
"UEFA is able to officially confirm that the UEFA Champions League round of 16 second leg match between Manchester City and Borussia Monchengladbach will now be played at the Puskas Arena in Budapest," the organizers said in a statement on Wednesday.
The UEFA added that this match's date and kick-off time have remained the same.
The game will start at 9 p.m. Central European Time (2000GMT).
The second leg will be played in the Hungarian capital due to travel restrictions between Germany and the UK caused by the new variants of coronavirus.
Manchester City won the first leg 2-0 at Puskas Arena in Budapest.
