UPDATES DEATH TOLL

ISTANBUL (AA) - Three soldiers were killed after a Turkish Coast Guard boat capsized in the Bosphorus off Istanbul's Fatih district on Wednesday, according to official sources.
An Istanbul governorate official who spoke on condition of anonymity told Anadolu Agency that two more soldiers had died.
Earlier, the lifeless body of one crewmember, Sinan Goktas, was recovered by search-and-rescue teams, according to coastal safety sources.
Four injured are currently undergoing treatment, the sources added.
Istanbul Governor Vasip Sahin told reporters earlier that the boat, belonging to the regional coast guard command, crashed into a cargo carrier off Sarayburnu’s shores.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the deadly collision.
