ANKARA (AA) - Anadolu Efes won the 36th Turkish Presidential Cup by beating Fenerbahce Beko on Wednesday 71-62.
Efes ended the first quarter ahead 23-15 and extended the lead at the end of the first half 42-23 at Ankara Arena.
Anadolu Efes finished the third stanza 54-36 and maintained it until the final buzzer.
The Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the tournament was Anadolu Efes' Croatian center Ante Zizic, who dropped 22 points in the game.
Anadolu Efes' medals were presented by Vice President Fuat Oktay and Minister of Youth and Sports Mehmet Muharrem Kasapoglu.
Efes, the reigning champions, are also the club with the most Presidential Cup titles as this victory marked their 13th.
Fenerbahce is second on the list with seven titles.
