UPDATES WITH RUSSIAN DEFENSE MINISTER'S PHONE CALL WITH BRITISH COUNTERPART; CHANGES HEADLINE

ANKARA (AA) – Russia's defense chief discussed the ongoing war in Ukraine with his French and British counterparts in separate phone calls, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Sunday.
Sergei Shoigu expressed his concerns to France's Sebastien Lecornu and UK's Ben Wallace about possible provocations by Ukraine with the use of “dirty bomb,” the ministry said in separate statements.
Dirty bomb or radiological dispersal device is a type of speculative radiological weapon that combines radioactive material with conventional explosives. The purpose of the weapon is to contaminate the area around the dispersal agent/conventional explosion with radioactive material, serving primarily as an area denial device against civilians.
