UPDATES WITH MORE ARRESTS IN ANKARA

ANKARA / ISTANBUL (AA) – At least 45 Daesh suspects were arrested in two provinces on Friday during counter-terror operations, according to police sources.
In capital Ankara, 24 suspects were arrested following warrants issued by Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, said the sources who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
The suspects were planning an attack, the sources added.
Police also seized organizational documents during the raids.
In Istanbul, 21 Daesh suspects, all foreigners, were arrested, according to sources.
Police raided 15 addresses in 12 districts and many documents and digital material related to the terrorist organization were seized, the sources added.
Turkish security forces have been involved in a long-running campaign to thwart Daesh attacks.
More than 300 people lost their lives in Daesh-claimed attacks in Turkey, where the terror organization has targeted civilians in suicide bomb, rocket and gun attacks.
