UPDATES WITH MORE DAILY FIGURES

ANKARA (AA) - Turkey's benchmark stock index ended Wednesday up 1.27% to close at 100,077.47 points.
Opening the midweek trading at 99,656.76 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index surged 1,251.35 points compared to the previous close.
Peaking at 100,241.00 points during Wednesday's trading, the BIST 100's daily low was 99,288.92 points, as 71 stocks on the index rose, 18 fell, and eleven were flat compared to the previous close.
The market value of the index was around 667 billion Turkish liras ($116 billion) at close, and it posted a 7.4 billion Turkish lira ($1.3 billion) daily trade volume.
Turkey's national flag carrier Turkish Airlines, private lender Garanti BBVA, and defense company Aselsan recorded the highest trade volumes on Wednesday.
Shares of Adese Alisveris Merkezleri, which operates in the wholesale and retail trade sector, saw the highest increase -- 20% -- while energy and construction company Isiklar Enerji Yapi Holding had the lowest rate, going down 5%.
In Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets, one ounce of gold was sold for $1,534.50 at the daily close, compared to $1,532.00 at the previous one.
On Wednesday, the price of Brent oil was around $60.30 per barrel as of 6.06 p.m. local time (1506GMT), in a day-range of $58.14 to $60.44.
