UPDATE WITH MORE FIGURES

ANKARA (AA) - Turkey's benchmark stock index rose 0.51% to close Monday at 1,534.91 points.
After starting the week at 1,540.22 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index gained 7.74 points from 1,527.17 points at the previous close.
During the day, the index hovered between 1,523.73 and 1,542.44 points -- 68 stocks on the index rose, 25 fell compared to Friday's close.
The total market value of the BIST 100 was around 1.1 trillion Turkish liras ($163 billion) by market close, with a daily trading volume of 35.1 billion Turkish liras (nearly $5 billion).
The highest trading volumes were posted by gold miner Koza Altin, conglomerate Dogan Holding, and investment trust Emlak Konut GYO.
Stocks of paper and cement producer Akcansa climbed the most with a 9.93% hike, while shares of Dogan Holding dropped the most, 8.96%.
One ounce of gold sold for $1.824,00 by market close, up from $1,804.00 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $60.16 per barrel as of 6.15 p.m. local time (1515GMT) on Friday.
