NEW YORK (AA) - Wall Street closed lower Tuesday as Goldman Sachs and Netflix posted major losses.
The Dow fell 113 points to end the day at 20,523 and the S&P lost six points to 2,342.
The Nasdaq decreased seven points to finish trading at 5,849.
Goldman Sachs and Bank of America saw their first quarterly income and revenues increase, but they fell short of market expectations.
Goldman’s stock price fall 4.7 percent while Bank of America lost 0.4 percent.
Media streaming giant Netflix had its stock value decline 2.6 percent Tuesday, after the company said a day earlier it failed to meet its membership target for the first three months of 2017.
