West Ham United on Friday signed English midfielder Kalvin Phillips on loan from Manchester City.
"West Ham United is delighted to confirm the signing of England midfielder Kalvin Phillips on loan until the end of the 2023/24 season," the English Premier League club said in a statement.
"I'm sure we can give the West Ham fans plenty to be excited about between now and the end of the season," said Phillips, 28, the Hammers' first signing of the January transfer window.
Phillips added that he is "pleased", and cannot wait to play for West Ham.
He can make his West Ham debut on Thursday as the Hammers will host Bournemouth at London Stadium.
Phillips, a former Leeds United midfielder, has been capped 31 times by England, helping the Three Lions reach the EURO 2020 final.
He also played for England at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
In 2023, Phillips won the English Premier League, English FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup with Manchester City.
