ANKARA (AA) - Venezuela beat Bolivia 4-1 on Saturday in a qualification game of the FIFA World Cup South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL).
Salomon Rondon led his team with a hat-trick, while Darwin Machis scored the third goal for Venezuela at Estadio Agustin Tovar in Barinas, Venezuela.
In minute 38, Bruno Miranda scored the only goal for Bolivia, which are in the eighth spot in the standings with 15 points.
In another World Cup qualification game on Saturday, Peru defeated Colombia 1-0.
Edison Flores scored the winning goal for Peru in the 85th minute at the Metropolitano Roberto Melendez in Barranquilla, Colombia.
Venezuela are at the bottom of the CONMEBOL standings with 10 points, while Peru lay fourth with 20 points and Colombia sixth with 17.
