ANKARA (AA) – The Atlanta Hawks ended The Phoenix Suns' 11-game win streak in NBA with a 124-115 win on Thursday night.
Trae Young rallied the Hawks with 43 points at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
“I think I just grew up just watching these moments and thinking about being in these moments, ... the best team in the league with the best record. ... I love these moments,” Young said, explaining his excitement.
Devin Booker's 32 points and Chris Paul's 12 assists were not enough for the Suns to grab their 12th win in a row.
The Phoenix Suns sit atop of the Western Conference standings with 41 wins and 10 losses, while the Atlanta Hawks are placed 10th with 25 wins and 26 losses in the Eastern Conference table.
