MOSCOW (AA) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claimed on Tuesday that one person was killed and 10 others were wounded in a Russian strike on Kupyansk, a city in eastern Kharkiv province.
There are still people under the rubble, the Ukrainian president said in a statement on Telegram, fearing that the death toll may rise.
"Eternal memory to the deceased and condolences to the relatives. All those guilty of these war crimes will definitely be brought to justice and it will be merciless," he said.
