ISTANBUL (AA) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday signed a decree dismissing his country’s ambassador to neighboring Belarus.
Ihor Kyzym was serving as Kyiv's ambassador in Minsk since 2017.
No information was given with regards to the reason behind his dismissal, or on the appointment of a new ambassador.
Belarus, which neighbors Russia to the east and Ukraine to the south, has supported Moscow’s war on Ukraine.
