Trump says Ukraine’s Zelenskyy has not read peace proposal
US president says Russia 'fine’ with plan, Ukrainian leader's team supports it

ISTANBUL (AA) - US President Donald Trump said Sunday that he is "a little bit disappointed" that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not yet read the latest peace proposal for ending the Russia-Ukraine war.
"We've been speaking to (Russian) President (Vladimir) Putin and we've been speaking to Ukrainian leaders, including Zelenskyy," Trump told reporters as he arrived at the Kennedy Center.
Trump said Russia is "fine" with the proposal but added: "I'm not sure that Zelenskyy is fine with it. His people love it, but he hasn't read it.”
