Turkey's Borsa Istanbul up at close
BIST 100 earns more than 560 points from previous close

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkey's benchmark stock index closed the day at 97,886.36 points on Tuesday, up 0.58% from the previous close.
Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index started the day at 97,530.88 points. As of daily close, it earned 562.36 points from Monday's close of 97,324.00 points.
The price of one ounce of gold was around $1,486.40 by market close, down from 1,491.50 at the previous close, according to data from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
The price of Brent crude oil was around $60.00 per barrel as of 6 p.m. (1500GMT) on Tuesday.
