Turkey's LPG imports down 20.66% in February 2019
Total sales decrease by 0.89% to around 287 thousand tons in February, according to Turkey's energy watchdog

ANKARA (AA) - Turkey's liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) imports decreased by 20.66% to 287 thousand tons in February 2019 compared to the same month of 2018, according to the latest data revealed by the country's energy watchdog on Friday.
The Energy Market Regulatory Authority's (EMRA) data showed that imports to Turkey came from Algeria, the U.S., Kazakhstan, Norway, Russia, the U.K., Libya and Saint Kitts and Nevis.
Turkey's LPG production increased in February to approximately 80 thousand tons - a year-on-year increase of 30.58%.
Exports fell by nearly 48.03% to 4.86 thousand tons in February compared to February 2018.
Total LPG sales reached approximately 287 thousand tons -- a 0.89% decrease -- in February, including 227 thousand tons of autogas, 53 thousand tons of bottled LPG, and 7 thousand tons of bulk LPG.
