Turkish Airlines resolves global technical disruption

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish Airlines announced Saturday that a global technical disruption affecting its operations has been fully resolved.

"The global technical disruption has been completely resolved and all our operations have returned to normal," the airline wrote on X.

Turkish Airlines reported cancellations Friday of some flights due to a major Microsoft outage that affected airports, airlines, businesses, media outlets and stock exchanges worldwide.

The airline later confirmed that the technical issues had been largely resolved and efforts were ongoing to restore full operations.
