Turkish, Azerbaijani presidents discuss bilateral ties, regional issues over phone

ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke over phone with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, his office said on Wednesday.
The two leaders exchanged views on bilateral relations and addressed regional and global developments.
During the call, Aliyev also extended birthday wishes to Erdogan, who turned 71 on Wednesday.
