Turkish capital hosts 2nd Defense Industry Talent Management Summit

ISTANBUL (AA) - Türkiye’s capital Ankara will host the second edition of the Defense Industry Talent Management Summit on Jan. 14-15, bringing together key stakeholders from the defense sector.

The summit, of which Anadolu is the global communications partner, will be held under the theme “The Leader of Talent, the Talent of the Leader.”

The two-day event aims to provide a common platform for human resources professionals, academics, industry experts and leaders responsible for technical units within the defense industry.

Sector leaders will participate not only by sharing their technical expertise, but also by contributing insights from their managerial roles. Discussions will focus on leadership, team management and strategies for developing and retaining talent in the defense sector.

Participants will have the opportunity to attend keynote speeches, panel discussions and specialized sessions designed to enhance understanding of talent management practices and leadership approaches in the strategic industry.

While leaders share their experiences in managing teams and developing talent, participants will benefit from various sessions, keynote speeches.
