Turkish firm Karmod produces bread kiosks for country's southern Manavgat district
Kiosks will be used for sale of subsidized public bread to residents
ISTANBUL (AA) - Turkish modular cabin manufacturer Karmod has delivered five "Kompocity" model kiosks to country's southern district of Manavgat in Antalya, the company announced Friday.
Karmod Cabin General Manager Zekai Kucuk said the newly delivered kiosks will be used to for the sale of subsidized public bread to residents "in a clean and hygienic environment."
"Our kiosks can be easily installed on streets and squares," Kucuk said. "With their stylish design, they blend into public spaces like urban furniture."
He said the company’s pre-assembled kiosks are already in use across various cities and districts in Turkiye, serving as convenient and sanitary bread distribution points.
He added that Karmod manufactures kiosks in a range of models and sizes, including the CTP, panel system, Metrocity, and Kompocity series, from five to 50 square meters. Besides bread sales, the kiosks are also used as team merchandise stores, cafes, and retail spaces.
"For Manavgat Municipality, we delivered five ready-to-use Kompocity kiosks, each measuring 3 by 4 meters," Kucuk said.
